How to delete your Kinrafter account and data

You can delete your Kinrafter account and the data stored online at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we keep.

Delete it from the app

Open Profile, then Export & import. If you want a copy of your documents first, tap Export my online documents and save every part.
Scroll to Delete account.
If the app asks, sign in again. For your safety you must have signed in within the last 5 minutes.
Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Submit deletion request.
You get a deletion reference. Keep it. You can tap Check deletion status at any time.

The request starts after a short delay. You can cancel for the first 10 minutes with Cancel deletion request. After that it cannot be undone.

What is removed

Your account and your sign-in details.
Your encrypted documents, attached files, reminders and family details stored online.
Your family sharing: every invitation and every shared copy.
The list of your signed-in devices.

Deleted files stay as a recoverable marker for up to 30 days and are then purged. Database backups roll off within 35 days.

What we keep

A minimal deletion receipt with no document content, to show that your request was carried out.
Subscription and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
Security logs (such as sign-in and request times, without your documents) for up to 12 months.

Documents that are only on your phone

Deleting your online account does not remove what is stored on your phone, including everything on the Free plan. To remove it, delete the documents in the app, then clear the app's data or uninstall it. Copies you exported, downloaded or sent to other people stay with them. We cannot remove those.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store so you are not charged again.

Write to support@kinrafter.com from the email address on the account. We will check it is you and help. We will never ask for your password or Recovery Code. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
